How To Make Boozy Bread Pudding Spiked With Bourbon

First, prep your bourbon-infused fruit. We used cherries and raisins:

In a small container, cover the fruit in bourbon and let soak for at least 30 minutes. (Note that the fruit is optional and you can skip this step — because there’s bourbon in the batter, too. But really: Why wouldn’t you want BOTH? ?)
