Here's How To Make Chocolate Fudge Brownies With Kahlua

Fair warning that you’ll want to eat the whole pan in one sitting.

Start by melting the butter with the chocolate:

Do this on the stovetop over low heat, or in the microwave — stirring frequently. Take the pot off the heat as soon as everything is melted and smooth because you don’t want the chocolate to burn.

Once the chocolate mixture cools slightly, pour it into a bowl containing the four dry ingredients: cocoa powder, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and salt.

Whisk to combine, then add the eggs, flour, vanilla, and Kahlua. (Not a Kahlua fan? Sleeper recommends swapping that for Amaro di Angostura, a liqueur that she says adds a rich, spicy sweetness to the brownies.)
