You Should Be Eating Pork And Avocado Sandwiches For Dinner

1. Smash the flesh of one ripe avocado with lime zest, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
2. Heat a pound of slow cooker pork.
3. Combine 1 cup roasted carrots and 1 ½ cups steamed broccoli with an easy dressing of lime zest, lime juice, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
4. Thinly slice a small heart of romaine lettuce.

You’ll also need four large pitas.
