Everyone in Sydney is going crazy over the new wave of burger joints opening across the city. So BuzzFeed decided to taste test some of the more popular options and see which one truly offers the best gourmet beef burger.

1. All burgers must be under $15 AUD.
2. All burgers should be from restaurants or stalls that are commonly known and/or popular.
3. Taste testers cannot know where the burgers are from (to eliminate bias). They can guess though.
4. All burgers should be served warm.
5. Taste testers should review and rank each burger as they eat.
