Meet Elotes Asados San Rafael, the street-food vendor that is causing people to freak out all over Mexico. Look at this thing. It’s roasted and covered in hot sauce.
San Rafael is based out of Nuevo Laredo, Mexico, and this is the line to get its insane-looking corn on the cob.
It offers all kinds of different ones, including ones called “Dorito Master” and the ominous-sounding “Diablo”.
This one is covered in cheese and roast beef.
