All you need is a trusty mixer, oven, ~Oreo baking pan~, and the proper baking ingredients.
The ingredients you need: vegetable oil, cake flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, black cocoa powder, eggs, sugar, salt, milk, and heavy whipping cream.
To get started, coat your cookie pans with vegetable oil and pre-heat your oven to 350ºF.
Sift 530 grams of cake flour, 16 grams of baking powder, 100 grams of black cocoa powder, and 70 grams of cocoa powder in a mixing bowl.
